What we’re looking for: Someone to supervise the Teller area as delegated by the Retail Coordinator. Someone also responsible for performing Teller duties when needed, including providing excellent customer service and promoting bank products/services while processing transactions and paying out funds in accordance with bank procedures, regulatory and legal compliance requirements. Someone to play a key role in fraud mitigation at the front line, demonstrating excellent fraud-prevention awareness and supporting all Teller staff navigating potential fraud situations.

What you’ll do:
- Provide ongoing training and support for tellers, writing and conducting performance reviews and participating in new teller training and mentoring.
- Prepare teller work schedules, review teller work, and assist Teller II with audits.
- Handle more complex customer issues that may be referred to the Teller Supervisor from the Teller II or other tellers.
- Address teller performance/teamwork issues and handle any disciplinary actions that may arise, communicating all issues to the Retail Coordinator or Regional Retail Coordinator.
- Perform teller duties as required; professionally assist customer with questions, concerns, and account-related inquiries that may arise during the transaction process, referring customers to other departments as needed.
What you must have:
- Proven quality customer service experience
- Current experience and proven success handling cash
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in banking
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of essentials and advanced teller training program after hire

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position.
