Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Summary: Responsible for clerical duties and general operations functions within the Quality Assurance department in order to maintain quality control among various departments of RCB Bank.

Essential Functions:

1. Review output from multiple systems to the input sheets submitted by branch personnel and various departments throughout the bank. This includes but is not limited to New Accounts, Image Operations, Customer Support Services maintenance, Call Center setup and maintenance, ATM setup and maintenance, NetTeller setup and maintenance, Cash Management product setup and maintenance.
2. Give input for best practices as it relates to current data input procedures or the documents used for data input.
3. Log and verify multiple policy violations with complete accuracy.

Experience Required:

Banking experience preferred. Customer Service experience preferred. General clerical experience preferred.

Education, Certifications and Specialized Training: High school diploma or GED required.

Job-Specific Skills and Knowledge: • Ability to perform routine data entry at an advanced rate of speed and accuracy. • Demonstrated interpersonal skills. • Sound communication skills. • A continuous improvement mindset. • Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining focus and productivity. • Working knowledge of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Individuals in the Quality Assurance Specialist position must be able to perform job functions within these documented working conditions with or without reasonable accommodation:

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Quality Assurance employees are seated at personal desks for the majority of the day.

The individual responsible for this role must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently. The individual must be capable of working anonymously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers. This position requires regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.
