POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and professionalism while working with our card processor and any ATM or card issuance vendors. Duties also include supporting internal personnel as well as customers with any card or ATM-related issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Delivers excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in a prompt, efficient, accurate, and professional manner.
2. Works with reports daily to solve account transactions in a timely manner with accuracy.
3. Reviews and produces reports for daily volumes, approvals, exceptions and card processing functions
4. Researches and processes disputes and adjustments.
5. Assists instant issue branches with daily card production, training, balancing of stock and troubleshooting, which may include assisting with critical updates and testing of card production.
6. Provides department and branch personnel support to resolve customer issues by researching issues, opening cases or seeking out vendor assistance to resolution.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.

Banking experience preferred.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

High school diploma or GED required.
