POSITION SUMMARY: Performs multiple daily support functions, including report reviews and other tasks as assigned. Provides Support to branch staff with New Account tasks on an as-needed basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide essential phone and email support for branch CSRs and Retail Coordinators on day-to-day tasks (i.e. new account opening, general branch New Account questions, escalating requests as needed)
- Provide support and assistance to the Operations Support Supervisor as needed; including but not limited to accurately executing various reports, drafting procedures, assisting with training materials or presentations, and other special projects.
- May be required to travel to different locations to assist with training needs and/or provide training support during acquisition and may require overnight travel depending upon the location of the branch or project.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a CSR position, supervisory position, or equivalent job-specific skills and knowledge
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:
High school diploma or GED
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Skilled in the job duties, processes and regulatory requirements of the CSR role.
- Ability to professionally and effectively explain concepts to others with patience and understanding
- Ability to provide feedback with tact and professionalism
- Basic clerical and process skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
