POSITION SUMMARY: Performs multiple daily support functions, including report reviews and other tasks as assigned. Provides Support to branch staff with New Account tasks on an as-needed basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Provide essential phone and email support for branch CSRs and Retail Coordinators on day-to-day tasks (i.e. new account opening, general branch New Account questions, escalating requests as needed)
  2. Provide support and assistance to the Operations Support Supervisor as needed; including but not limited to accurately executing various reports, drafting procedures, assisting with training materials or presentations, and other special projects.
  3. May be required to travel to different locations to assist with training needs and/or provide training support during acquisition and may require overnight travel depending upon the location of the branch or project.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a CSR position, supervisory position, or equivalent job-specific skills and knowledge

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

High school diploma or GED

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Skilled in the job duties, processes and regulatory requirements of the CSR role.
  • Ability to professionally and effectively explain concepts to others with patience and understanding
  • Ability to provide feedback with tact and professionalism
  • Basic clerical and process skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
