3rd Shift Production/Assembly Supervisor – Pay: $60–$70k + 5% bonus | Location: Catoosa, OK | Full-Time Benefits start Day 1

• Company is a global automotive supplier specializing in metal parts, assemblies, fluid management systems, and aluminum products, with 15,000 employees worldwide.
• This role leads the Press and Stamping areas on 3rd shift to meet customer and production requirements.
• Responsibilities: Oversee Assembly teams—including Team Leads, Associates, Trainers, and Material Handlers—ensuring proper training, coaching, and performance.
• Address and escalate quality issues, prevent non-conforming product flow, and support internal audits. Plan production, manage timelines, track KPIs, and ensure FIFO and traceability standards.
• Resolve quality and mechanical downtime issues quickly to minimize interruptions.
• Maintain compliance with packaging and process controls. Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Assist with hiring and new-hire orientation.

Requirements: 2–3 years in a similar manufacturing leadership role; strong knowledge of assembly processes; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organization, coordination skills, and attention to detail. Community College coursework in business is a plus.
