Founded in 1992 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, RibCrib’s modest beginnings began with a smoker, a retrofitted old house, and founder Bret Chandler’s desire to cook the best hickory-smoked meats and home-style sides. Since that modest start, RibCrib remains deeply rooted in the local culture where we operate our restaurants. We’re 21st century ‘cue that pays homage to barbecue’s roots, but we’re also not afraid to embrace new definitions, new dishes, and new personalities that have emerged.
