KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain and analyze standard costs for manufactured products, including labor, material, and overhead components
· Review and monitor cost absorption, labor efficiencies, and overhead allocation
· Prepare and analyze monthly inventory reconciliations and journal entries
· Oversee cycle count program and physical inventory processes to ensure accuracy and internal control compliance
· Partner with plant leadership to review production variances and identify cost improvement opportunities
· Analyze manufacturing variances including material usage, labor efficiency, and overhead spending
· Support month-end and year-end close processes related to inventory and cost accounting
· Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for the Tulsa facility
· Monitor capital expenditures and support ROI analysis for equipment and process improvements
· Develop financial reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility into plant performance
· Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams to enhance cost transparency
· Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
· Assist with external audits and provide documentation as required
· Drive continuous improvement in cost tracking, reporting accuracy, and financial controls
· Support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives
