CNC Machinist III

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00/hr
Shift: Weekend Shift | Friday–Sunday | 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Paid for 40 Hours)

Senior machinists will support advanced aerospace production while providing technical guidance to junior machinists.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
Train and mentor Machinist I and II team members
Perform in-process inspections using CMM, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Edit G-code and machine parameters
Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis

Requirements

7–10 years CNC machining experience
Aerospace or precision manufacturing background
Strong blueprint interpretation and machining math skills
Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards

CNC Machinist II

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hr
Shift: Weekend Shift | Friday–Sunday | 12-Hour Shifts

This role supports complex machining operations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machining centers
Perform inspections using precision measurement tools
Monitor tooling wear and machine performance
Maintain production records and quality documentation

Requirements

CNC Machinist I

CNC Operator

Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift: Day or Night Shift Available

This role focuses strictly on machine operation in an aerospace production environment.

Operate CNC machines according to production schedules

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

Level 2 CNC operating experience required

Maintenance Technician

Pay: $30.00/hr
Shift: Full-Time

This position supports maintenance operations at a Claremore service center and offers long-term leadership growth potential.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Maintain CNC machines, forklifts, cranes, and industrial equipment
Coordinate vendors, RFQs, and maintenance projects
Support plant safety and minimize equipment downtime

Requirements

Experience in industrial machine maintenance
