CNC Machinist

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime as Needed)
Environment: Climate-Controlled Machine Shop

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HAAS mills and lathes and Fanuc-controlled lathes
• Perform complete machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and part specifications
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
• Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety-focused

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with HAAS machines and Fanuc controls
• Ability to perform independent setups and machining operations
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills

Senior Tool & Die Maker

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00/hr DOE
Shift: Day Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and repair progressive, transfer, and line dies
• Perform die spotting, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive maintenance on dies and tooling
• Operate manual mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC machines
• Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective solutions
• Maintain repair documentation and maintenance records

Requirements

• 5+ years Tool & Die experience
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T
• Strong knowledge of stamping processes and tool steels
• Experience with precision machining and measurement tools

Quality Assurance Manager

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hr
Shift: Full-Time | Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system
• Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions
• Oversee non-conformance reports (NR) and return goods authorizations (RGA)
• Maintain calibration programs and quality documentation
• Prepare PPAP, FAI, CoC, and dimensional reports
• Track scrap, rework, and quality trends to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong experience with ISO 9001 quality systems
• Experience with manufacturing inspection and compliance processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with inspection equipment and Microsoft Office systems

Preferred

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or SPC tools
• ASQ certifications such as CQA, CQE, or CQIA
