CNC Operator (Level 2)
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts Available

Position Overview

The CNC Operator (Level 2) is responsible for operating CNC machines in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This CNC Operator (Level 2) role focuses on running machines, monitoring production, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. The ideal CNC Operator (Level 2) has prior CNC experience, is detail-oriented, and can work independently without setup or troubleshooting responsibilities.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience operating CNC machines (required)
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to monitor production and ensure quality output
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to meet production requirements
• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Information

• Level 2 operator role (operation only – no setup or troubleshooting required)
• Day and night shift availability based on production needs
• Interview required prior to placement

Pay: $24.06 per hour
