Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday | Start times as early as 4:00 AM (typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; hours may vary with weather)

Position Overview

The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, and general landscape upkeep. This Landscaping Crew Member role involves operating equipment, performing physical labor, and working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently. The ideal Landscaping Crew Member is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
• Basic knowledge of lawn care tools and equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge grass on residential and commercial properties
• Operate equipment such as push mowers, riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris from landscaped areas
• Assist with planting, mulching, and general landscape maintenance
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
• Work as part of a crew to complete jobs on schedule

• Physically demanding role with continuous movement and lifting
