We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to to lead up to 30 team members in our Flexographic Printing, Laminating, and Converting operation at our Lenexa facility. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency, while working collaboratively with peers to achieve our goals and meet customer expectations.

• Operational Leadership and Safety: Lead shift operations to meet production targets while ensuring adherence to internal quality and safety standards. Foster a safe work environment by coordinating team safety activities and driving efforts to meet or exceed KPI goals.

• Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Motivate, mentor, and train your team in alignment with TC Lenexa's culture. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating across the plant to meet or exceed production and cost targets.

When your expertise drives us.

• Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 3 years of experience in wide web flexible packaging.
• Skills and Leadership: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams effectively.
