SUMMARY
Under close supervision from the Senior Human Resources Manager, performs assigned responsibilities of the Human Resources department with special emphasis on recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and HR reporting functions. Also supports the overall operations of the Tulsa facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group. Regular and punctual attendance is required of all employees.

1. Finds and attracts qualified applicants for open positions using efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies; creating requisitions; placing advertisements; matching skills with position requirements; scheduling interviews; preparing offers; and offer packets. Ensures appropriate pre-employment tests and forms are completed and passed. Dispositions candidates timely and appropriately.
2. Coordinates with staffing agencies to interview and place candidates. Works with hiring manager to establish skillset, timing, pay range, and interviewing needs. Maintains report(s) of temporary employees.
3. Maintains timeclock and timecards for agency employees and provides weekly record of time to agencies on a timely basis. Reconciles agency invoices. Works with agencies to resolve pay issues.
4. Onboards new hires in the payroll system, ensuring all new hire documents are completed within the time required.
5. Creates new employee files (personnel, benefits, medical) upon hire and files appropriate documentation timely.
6. Updates HR spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
7. Ensures job descriptions are detailed, accurate, and updated as needed.
8. Assists employees with benefits enrollment.
9. Orders uniforms and assists with boot reimbursement program for those employees who have satisfied the waiting period.
10. Orders office supplies for facility.
11. Ensures copying, filing, scanning, and mailouts for various departments are completed timely.
12. Provides coverage for front door, front desk phone, pick up and distribution of mail.
13. Assists with facility events.
14. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1+ years recent recruiting experience, either in-house or with a staffing agency strongly preferred. Must have first-hand experience with various sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed expectations in a fast-paced office environment required.
• Previous HR experience including benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training, and/or compensation required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple functions and maintain strong organizational skills required.
• Strong initiative, self-awareness and demonstrated ability to be self-sufficient required.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize, take accountability for, and learn from mistakes required.
• Extreme attention to detail and analytical skills required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality required.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team is required. Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships at all levels required.
• Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and previous experience with HRIS and applicant tracking system required.
• Ability to make formal presentations preferred.

• Must be able to walk over both even and uneven surfaces.
