Electrospinning Production Operator
Location: Claremore, OK

Job Summary:
As an Electrospinning Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, responsible for the operation and maintenance of our specialized electrospinning equipment. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be instrumental in producing high-quality nanofibers that are essential to our innovative product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain electrospinning equipment to produce nanofibers according to production schedules and quality control standards
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks on the electrospinning equipment
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent output
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CNC operator or in a similar shop environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and tape measures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Technical training or certifications related to advanced manufacturing or electrospinning processes would be highly desirable
Working Conditions:
This position involves working in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to textile materials, the operation of specialized equipment, and the potential for physical demands such as standing for extended periods, lifting, and maneuvering equipment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target pay rate for this position is $15 per hour. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
