Job Summary
As a Direct Hire CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, operating and programming a variety of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components and parts. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our thermal solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC mills, lathes, and other metalworking equipment to manufacture components and parts
- Set up and adjust CNC machines according to specifications, using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure parts are produced to the required specifications
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator or Programmer
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC mills, lathes, and other metalworking equipment
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions
This position is based in our modern manufacturing facility, where you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The work schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with the potential for occasional overtime as needed. The physical demands of the role include standing for extended periods, lifting and moving parts and materials, and operating machinery.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $54,000 to $56,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan contributions, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
