Join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturing company that produces innovative industrial machined parts. As an Office Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

In this position, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including customer service, human resources support, and general clerical duties. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential as you assist our team with a variety of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with human resources-related tasks, including employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical support for the team
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office environment

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role- 1 year of experience with Human resource related items
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
