Header CNC Programmer
Location:Catoosa, OK
Direct Hire, Days, Nights, Weekend Days, Weekend Night shifts available.

Job Summary:
As a Header CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating a specialized CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine used for header or forging operations. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of high-quality thermal management components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC machinery, including setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing machine performance
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop CNC programs and tooling
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and productivity
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Maintain detailed records of machine operation, production data, and quality control measures
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer or CNC Operator
- Proficient in programming and operating CNC machines, with a focus on header or forging operations
- Strong understanding of CNC machine mechanics, tooling, and programming
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
- Certification or training in CNC programming and operation
- Experience in the thermal management or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of quality control and continuous improvement methodologies
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a manufacturing facility and will involve working in an industrial environment. The work may require standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and exposure to noise, vibrations, and other physical demands. Adherence to strict safety protocols is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
