Job Summary
In this Receptionist role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative assistance to our office. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition to a permanent role, offering the opportunity for long-term growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and light typing
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall office operations including Invoicing
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our office location and is primarily sedentary in nature. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, ranging from $13 to $15 per hour,
