Job Summary
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and distribution of materials, goods, and information within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating various logistics-related tasks, from inventory management to transportation coordination, to support the overall operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities- Booking loads with outside carriers has a understanding of oversize loads and DOT regs, also knowledge of international shipping working with Brokers and Harmonized tariff codes.
- Manage the flow of materials, goods, and information throughout the supply chain
- Oversee the processing and maintenance of bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documentation
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of products, utilizing carriers such as FedEx and UPS
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to facilitate the movement of goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, such as inventory management systems
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, including experience with FedEx and UPS
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Working Conditions
This position is based in a warehouse environment and may require standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and operating machinery. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $56,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
