Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record high levels accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and submit invoices and other financial documents
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Qualifications
- 3 + years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Working Conditions
This position is based in an office environment with minimal physical demands. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
