Job Summary
As an Assembly/Warehouse Labor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain and logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include a variety of light assembly tasks, as well as general warehouse and distribution duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hand/small parts assembly for various marine products
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory control and material management
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and organization of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely distribution of products
Qualifications
- Experience in hand/small parts assembly or warehouse/distribution work
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions
This is a temporary position located in California. The work environment is a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and other physical demands. A flexible schedule, including occasional overtime, may be required.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a target pay rate of $16 per hour.
