Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Spanish languages.
- Translation: Translate documents, reports, and conversations as needed.
- Administration: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, maintain filing systems, and prepare reports.
- Support: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
- Data Management: Enter and update data in HRIS or other systems.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in two or more languages (written and verbal).
- Education/Experience: High school diploma, typically with 1-3 years of related administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
