Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Office Help. In this role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to our operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with filing and organizing physical and digital records
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Provide general office support, such as making copies, sending faxes, and maintaining office supplies
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the efficient completion of administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a comfortable office environment. The work may involve some light physical demands, such as standing for extended periods or carrying light materials.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour,
