Job Summary:
As a Structure Ficep Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, responsible for the efficient and precise operation of our state-of-the-art Structure Ficep machinery. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the production of high-quality components that are essential to our industry-leading thermal management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Structure Ficep machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to accurately set up and program the CNC equipment
- Monitor the manufacturing process, making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the Structure Ficep machinery, collaborating with the maintenance team as required
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation to support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist, with a strong understanding of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications preferred
Working Conditions:
This role is based in our [City, State] manufacturing facility. The work environment is a fast-paced, industrial setting, and the position may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and other physical demands associated with operating heavy machinery. Compensation and Benefits:
