At our distribution center, we are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving professional to join our team.

The Role:
In this Shipping & Receiving position, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments, as well as maintaining inventory control and supporting the distribution of our marine products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move inventory
- Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for outbound shipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts
- Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and inventory control skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position based in our warehouse facility. The work environment involves physical demands such as lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, as well as standing for extended periods. Flexibility in work schedules may be required to meet operational needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
$16 per hour,
