Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry level Assembly professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical and hand/small parts assembly of our specialized equipment, ensuring the production of reliable and efficient products that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks, such as fitting, aligning, and securing components
- Conduct hand and small parts assembly, requiring dexterity and attention to detail
- Follow established assembly procedures and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Working Conditions:
The Assembly role is based in our manufacturing facility, which involves standing for extended periods, lifting and maneuvering equipment and components, and working with various tools and machinery. The work environment is subject to the typical hazards associated with the Machinery Manufacturing industry, and all necessary safety protocols and personal protective equipment will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a temporary-to-hire position with a target pay rate of $16 per hour. Upon successful completion of the temporary assignment, the candidate may be considered for a permanent, full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
