Location: Claremore, OK

Job Summary:
As a Forklift Operator & Crate Builder, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and the construction of sturdy wooden crates for our clients' shipments. Your versatile skills and attention to detail will be essential in supporting our growing logistics business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials and products
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to construct custom wooden crates and containers
- Use a tape measure, power tools, and hand tools to build high-quality crates and containers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including inventory management and documentation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all packing and shipping projects
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator or Crate Builder
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using a tape measure
- Skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools for woodworking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic
Working Conditions:
This position will be based in our Claremore, OK warehouse facility. The work environment is an active, industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and various weather conditions. The schedule may include shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
