Job Summary:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will use specialized tools and techniques to inspect and test our manufactured goods, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify product specifications
- Document and report any quality control issues or non-conformances
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to quality control activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This is a weekend shift position, with hours typically scheduled from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing facility, and the role may involve some physical demands such as standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting.
