Industrial Painter-2nd shift
Job Description
3pm-12:30am$20-$26/hr.
ABOUT THE ROLEPaint and prep industrial components, including small parts, large parts, touch-up, and final cooler for shipment.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Read and interpret blueprints• Operate paint pump, troubleshoot, and maintenance of paint pump• Mix multi-part paints• Identify and apply paint based upon the paint specification sheet• Prep parts and components for paint• Ensure mix room in clean and maintained• Record paint usage• Apply paint and correct paint defects• Operates manlifts and cranes• Other duties as assigned/directed by supervisor
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• 6 months to 1 year experience in manufacturing, Heat Exchangers industry preferred• Certified to operate crane and manlifts or ability to obtain certifications• Knowledge of industrial paint practices and applications• Detail oriented• Self-motivated• Must be able to work well in a team environment• Ability to frequent, reach, lift, sit, stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, squat, bend, and balance• Must be able to stand for extended periods• Excellent hand-eye coordination• Follow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPE• Work safely and look out for the safety of the team• Keep a clean and hazard free workspace• Identify any defective items and handle them accordingly• Use reason to solve problems• Takes pride in work product and ensure quality work is completed dailyCreated by Cathy Maly on May 5, 2026
