Job Description
Setup Mechanic
Training is available for those with 3-years of mechanical experience.
Experience level: 3 years.
Full-time
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
1st Shift 10-hour day shift Overtime.
Position requires Layout of equipment on skid and alignment of rotation equipment.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience and have the needed tools for the job.
Ability to read micrometers, dial indicators
Familiar with setting up heavy equipment (up to 25.000lbs), coupling alignments using dial indicators or laser alignment tools, and adjusting for soft foot.
Millwright and our compression packaging a plus. The ability to read layout prints to set equipment in location and alien.
Ability to trouble shoot mechanical issues, read milling equipment (mics and calipers), read prints to determine replacement parts needed, and provide written reports to management.
