Job Description

Manufacturing Quality Control (QC) professional ensures raw materials and finished goods meet predefined safety, performance, and regulatory standards. They inspect products, document defects, and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues, ultimately safeguarding product integrity and customer satisfaction. Core ResponsibilitiesProduct Inspection: Conduct visual and physical measurements of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished goods using calibrated tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM). Defect Management: Identify, document, and segregate defective products, returning them for rework or disposal based on established criteria. Process Monitoring: Observe assembly lines and production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.Documentation & Reporting: Input inspection results into quality databases and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) for management. Continuous Improvement: Assist in root-cause analysis of recurring defects and recommend adjustments to the manufacturing process to prevent future issues. Key RequirementsEducation & Experience: High school diploma with vocational training, Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Assembly manufacturing or quality role.Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret product blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications.Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret inspection data and recognize production patterns.Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to ≈ 50 lbs) and standing for long periods
