Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Shop Helper for a full-time position south of Claremore, OK. You will support daily shop operations by utilizing hand and power tools, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting team members with various fabrication or assembly tasks.Job Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour
- Location: South of Claremore, OK (On-site)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, clearing debris, and organizing materials.
- Material Handling: Move, load, and unload materials or components throughout the shop floor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications- Experience: Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required.
- Gear: Must own and wear steel-toed boots/shoes on the shop floor.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a shop environment.
- Attributes: Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
