Header Cleaner - Night shift
Job Description
Header cleaner cleans, maintains, and inspects header plates, frames, and heat exchanger components in a manufacturing or industrial plant.

- Component Cleaning: Remove scale, debris, buildup, and residue from header plates, tube bundles, and frames using approved tools or high-pressure water/hydro-blasting.
- Disassembly & Assembly: Help take apart and put back together header components and access plates (like plug-sheet plugs and gaskets) for deep cleaning.
- Inspection: Check parts for wear, damage, corrosion, or blockages and report issues to supervisors.
- Safety & Maintenance: Follow strict safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep the work area clean.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Prior general labor or manufacturing experience is helpful.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in fast-paced, non-climate-controlled industrial settings with exposure to dust, noise, and cleaning chemicals.
