We are looking for a motivated Robotics Welder Trainee to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will learn to set up, monitor, and operate advanced robotic welding cells. This is an excellent entry-level training opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing who wants to transition into automation and automated welding.Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

- Learn to set up and operate robotic welding machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Load raw metal components into welding fixtures and jigs, ensuring proper alignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to confirm correct part setup.
- Use a tape measure and other standard measuring tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy.
- Unload finished assemblies and perform basic quality checks on robotic weld seams.
- Make minor adjustments to machinery or wire feed under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work cell, adhering to all factory safety protocols.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial shop setting.
- Proven ability to read and accurately interpret a standard tape measure.
- Basic understanding or exposure to blueprints and technical layout drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn automation technology.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Basic experience operating production machinery or automated equipment is highly helpful but not required.
- Ability to stand and move continuously for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull production materials repeatedly.
