Day Shift Monday - Friday 6am - 4:30pm + Additional Overtime on Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, grind, and prep metal parts, small components, and large air cooler assemblies for proper paint adhesion.
- Paint Application: Mix multi-part industrial paints and apply primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes using spray guns and paint pumps according to specification sheets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and perform routine maintenance on paint pumps, spray equipment, and overhead cranes or manlifts.
- Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for defects, correct imperfections, touch up areas as needed, and track paint usage.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a hazard-free workspace, properly store materials in the mix room, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with 1 to 3+ years of manufacturing or industrial painting experience.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain or hold certifications for operating cranes and manlifts.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, reach, climb, and lift heavy components with good hand-eye coordination
