Who You Are: • You’re a dependable, detail-oriented accounting professional who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. • You’re not just looking for a job — you want to be part of transforming a traditional business into what we’re calling The Firm of the Future. • You have a natural curiosity about how things work and a drive to make them better. You’re passionate about identifying ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and contribute to a more scalable, modern finance function. • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can take on new challenges and grow your skills beyond the typical accounting responsibilities. • You take ownership of your work, meet deadlines consistently, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. • Your welcome constructive feedback and coaching, understanding that corrective feedback helps us grow and perfect our craft. • You’re comfortable working with both numbers and people — able to communicate clearly with colleagues across departments and contribute as a reliable team member.
