BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR DEPUTY SHERIFF:- Bilingual preferred but not required- Are at least 21+ years of age- Vision – Corrected distant vision 20/20 in each eye- Are legally authorized to work in the USA- Have a high school diploma, or GED- Have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and liability insurance- Have no criminal charges pending- Are not on probation for any criminal offense- Have never been convicted of a felony
